Tanya Brody - Harper and Songstress

Tanya Brody doesn’t remember a time when she didn’t sing. She grew up performing in Minneapolis, MN with amateur and professional theater companies and children’s choirs. She joined the Minnesota Renaissance Festival when she was 14 and got her first harp when she was 16. This ultimately led to a life on the road, playing first at Renaissance Festivals all over the country, then later as part of The Muses, a touring Celtic band.

Tanya plays traditional Celtic music on harp and guitar, as well as writing her own songs, a few of which you’ll here today. She now lives in Ventura, CA where she performs as often as she can, while doing her “real job” as a freelance copywriter and consultant for tech companies and small businesses.
